On permanent loan from Chippewa Falls resident Bill Sather, this exhibit of hundreds of toy soldiers and uniform insignia showcases half a century of U.S. history in a unique way. 

The exhibit includes a large display of lead toy soldiers from World War I with many rare examples of the support troops. Also displayed is a collection of military insignia patches starting in 1860, a number of WWI uniforms and a NASA patch display from the Apollo program.

Mason Companies, Inc. got its start in 1904 by manufacturing logging boots for the lumberjacks and rivermen. The first catalog was printed in 1906.
